2016 Spy Master Series: The Farm Cabernet Sauvignon
Foxy grape aromatics lead to red fruit, black cherry and plum flavors. Medium- to heavy-bodied with great balance and bright acid, the wine finishes with bold fruit flavors and a hint of vanilla and caramelized sugar. This classic Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon is a fruit bomb that pairs nicely with red meats but but will also be a great desert wine for chocolate pies or crème brûlée.
