2017 Spy Master Series: The Farm Cabernet Sauvignon
With aromas of char, cigar box and violet, this medium-bodied wine has a great acid balance and leads to flavors of red cherry and blueberry. The tannins are gripping, leading to a long, lingering finish of dried herbs and fruit leather. This crisp, tannic wine will pair well with fatty steaks, pulled port and dry rub BBQ ribs.
