2019 Medallion Series Bitner Cabernet Sauvignon
TASTING NOTES
This wine opens up with aromas of dark chocolate, black cherry, and allspice. Flavors of dark fruit, coffee, and fresh tobacco mingle with plesant sweet oak notes on the finish combined with blackberry jam and silky smooth, round tannins. This wine will pair well with red meats, hard cheese, and a cigar post-dinner.
