Dusty aromatics of baking spices, mixed with black fruit. Full-bodied, black cherry, toasted oak, and anise flavors. Bright acids and silky, mouth-coating tannins lead to a finish of cranberries, baked apples, and vanilla. Pairs well with pizza, ravioli, chili, or meats like steak or wild game finished with a blueberry reduction.
