2019 Spymaster Series: The Continent Cabernet Sauvignon
TASTING NOTES
Dusty aromatics of baking spices mixed with black fruit. Full- bodied, with flavors of black cherry, toasted oak, and anise. This wine has a bright acid that pushed the fruit forward with silky mouth covering tannins. Cranberries and baked apples on the finish with a hint of vanilla. This wine will pair well with foods that have comparable acids. Try it with pizza, ravioli, homemade chili and of course will pair great with steakd and wild game. Try a blueberry reduction sauce made with this wine on your steak!
