2018 Medallion Series Bitner Cabernet Sauvignon
TASTING NOTES
Aromas of black cherry and toasty oak lead to a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with flavors of leather, forest floor, and spiced plum. The tannins are sharp and leave a spicy finish of casis and cedar. This is a big Cabernet and will pair well with fatty grilled meats like aged Porterhouse steals or Prime Rib. It will also go great with herbed yams, roasted Brussel sprouts, spiced grilled corn on the cob, and most cooked vegetables with herb spices.
