TASTING NOTES
Floral aromas of violets and rose petals lead to flavors of black plum, cassis, and leather. This is a full-bodied wine with enduring tannins and inky, rich color. Notes of dark chocolate and blackberries linger on the finish. This is a big wine and will overpower lots of foods. If you must have food with this wine, try it with blue cheese(s), duck breast, venison, and/ or elk.
