Aromatics of white peach and Asian pear lead to flavors of graphite and wet stone. This Pinot Gris is clean and crisp with lingering flavors of lychee fruit and fresh pear. This wine is dry but has a perceptible sweetness that will pair great with spicy foods like hot Asian dishes, Mexican and will be great with shellfish.
