TASTING NOTES

Aromas of blackberry jam and black cherry flavors of oak, anise, dark chocolate, and red cherry. This is a full bodied, big Cabernet has bold tannins and finishes with cedar and fruit compote notes. Pair this wine with wild games, braised beef, fatty T-bone or Porterhouse steaks, or just enjoy post-dinner on the deck with friends.
