TASTING NOTES
Distinct aromas of Rye and black cherry lead to flavors of dark chocolate, sweet oak, and dust. The Rye barrels add flavor and a little bit of alcohol which creates an ever evolving bouquet of Rye and dark fruit. This Cabernet is full-bodied with strong yet round tannins and finishes with notes of cherry pie, black plum, and a hint of clove. Pair this wine with salty food such as popcorn or seasoned nuts.
