2020 Rye Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon

Distinct aromas of Rye and black cherry lead to flavors of dark chocolate, sweet oak and dust. The Rye barrels add flavor and a little bit of alcohol which creates an ever evolving bouquet of Rye and dark fruit. This Cabernet is full- bodied with strong yet round tannins and finishes with notes of cherry pie, black plum and a hint of clove. Pair this wine with salty foods such as popcorn or seasoned nuts.
