Tasting notes
A beautiful gold color with robust aromas of Golden Delicious apple. Viscous texture on the palate with pear and apple notes the complement a lingering finish of vanilla, apple, and pear flambe. This is a great wine to drink at room temperature while snacking on grilled shrimp or steamed oysters. This wine will also pair well with gouda or sharp cheddar cheese.
