2021 Do Epic Shit Reserve Red Blend
Tasting notes
Aromatics of cherry blossom and toasted oak lead to flavors of pie cherry, raspberry, and tanned leather. This is a full-bodied wine with bright, palate cleaning acid and a lingering finish of red fruit, fern frond, and dark chocolate. This wine has big and chalky tannins so if you like big reds this wine is for you. This wine will continue to improve for the next couple of years and should be at its best between 2024-2029 but is ready to drink now with a fatty steak, stews, and or any sort of game meat.
