Tasting notes
A beautiful dark red color with aromas of aprium and roses. Flavors of black plum, blueberries, and white pepper. this wine has plenty of tannins that are round yet noticeable, leaving a finish of dark chocolate, Italian plums, and sweet oak. This is a fairly large wine that pairs well with BBQ beef ribs, fatty steaks, or carne asada tacos.
