TASTING NOTES
Crisp and refreshing, especially when slightly chilled, this wine features aromas of lemon peel and wet stone. Flavors of lemongreass, Asian pear, and minerality lead to hints of pear, key lime, and apricot. Try Gigi's white blend with fresh salads, seafood such as oysters and lobster bisque or, of course, just by itself slightly chilled on a warm day.
