TASTING NOTES
Aromatics of leather and coffee mingle with flavors of ripe black cherry and black currant. On the palate, this full-bodied wine shows notes of tart cherry, leather, and dusty tannins with a round finish. This wine has medium to heavy tannins and vibrant fruit glavors, making it a great pairing for red meats, salmon, steelhead, pulled pork, and pork chops.
