This wine marks the first-ever sparkling release from Robert Gomez of Hoquetus Wine Co., a boutique Walla Walla winery known for its small-batch, thoughtfully crafted wines made from sustainably farmed grapes. Born from conversations between Robert and Andrew Browne, this collaboration allowed Browne Family Vineyards to offer production support, helping to bring Robert's sparkling vision to life. The result is a reflection of shared values, creativity, and the magic that can happen when winemakers work together.
TASTING NOTES
This wine opens with enticing aromas of gold apple, honeysuckle, red currant, and freshly baked brioche. On the palate, vibrant flavors of tart red cherries and cranberry create a refreshing and lively finish. This wine pairs beautifully with oysters on the half shell, a charcuterie board, sushi, and crispy fish tacos.
