This wine opens with crisp citrus and ripe berry aromas. On the palate, flavors of strawberry, melon, citrus, and raspberry intertwine. The finish is bright yet rounded, featuring a creamy brioche quality and hints of tangerine pith. This Brut Rosé pairs well with grilled seafood paella, shrimp avocado tostadas, roasted beet salad with chickpeas, Manchego cheese, and turkey burgers.
