TASTING NOTES

This wine opens with delicate floral aromas of violets and lavendar. Rich blackberry and black plum flavors intertwine with hints of anise, mocha, and cassis, creating a layered and complex palate. Bold, chalky tannins provide structure and ensure the flavors linger long after each sip. This bold, full-bodied wine pairs beautifully with rich dishes like Beef Wellington, rack of lamb, or spicy tacos and burritos. Or simply enjoy it with a cigar while unwinding on the back deck.
