TASTING NOTES

Aromas of blackberry jam and black cherry are complemented by flavors of oak, anise, dark chocolate, and red cherry. This full-bodied, bold Cabernet has firm tannins and finishes with notes of cedar and fruit compote. This is a big and bold wine that will pair well with big and bold foods. Try it with wild game, braised beef, fatty T-bone or Porterhouse steaks or just enjoy post-dinner on the deck with friends.
