TASTING NOTES
This Chardonnay is bursting with aromas of fresh pear that lead to flavors of Yellow Delicious apple, wet stone, and sweet oak. A very viscous Chardonnay, but balanced by acidity, the wine finishes with pear and a hint of gooseberry. Try this Chardonnay with your favorite chicken recipe, confit and cassoulet, green salads, and grilled pork chops.
