TASTING NOTES
Aromas of citrus blossom lead to flavors of cranberry, gooseberry, and raspberry. Bright acidity boosts the fruit on the finish, bringing forward notes of raspberry and Key lime. A slight sweetness and ultra-soft tannins round out the palate. Chill this wine down and pair with vegetable trays, hard cheeses, and fresh fruit bowls. This Rosé is very refreshing, so it also pairs well with salads and light appetizers.
