Aromatics of butterscotch and apple lead into flavors of pear, toffee and allspice. This full, buttery Chardonnay is perfectly integrated with oak and fruit to provide a long sweet vanilla, toasty oak and Asian pear driven finish. The wine should be served at room temperature or slightly chilled – too cold and you will mute the beautiful flavors and aromas. This wine will pair well with buttery and or cream-based sauces and fatty fish like salmon.
